Directions
Take one sachet (9 grams) daily by mixing it into 150ml of cold water. Using too much or too little water may affect the taste and texture. Allow the mixture to stand for 2-3 minutes to develop a smoothie-like texture, then consume immediately. Do not leave the mixture for more than 3 minutes after preparation, as it will continue to thicken. Take 1 sachet (9 grams) daily for 14 consecutive days, completing the full course, and do not repeat for at least six weeks. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving of 1 sachet (9 grams). Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
